OUR RIGHTS TO SELL
We reserve the right to sell to any customer who visits our site and provides payment for an order. We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order for any reason. To be fair to all of our customers, we may limit the quantity of certain products that can be purchased by a single customer.

PRICING
Bilco Safety Products Inc. takes extreme care to keep our price database up to date. Bilco Safety Products Inc. reserves the right to change incorrectly posted prices. We also reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel an order if the incorrect price causes the product to be sold below our cost. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
    Nearly all in-stock items are shipped within 48 business hours after processing your order. The delivery time of a ground shipment depends on your geographic location. Stock is allocated to you after your credit card is approved.. Not all shipping services are available to all geographic locations. Please visit our "Shipping Policy" section for a complete description of our shipping policy.
  • BILLING
    We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Your credit card is billed automatically on the day your order is placed.. Because of constantly changing inventory levels, we are unable to guarantee the availability of products when payment is received or billed. We make every attempt to fill each and every order. If an item becomes unavailable, a refund will be issued in the same form that payment was received within 30 days.
  • CREDIT CARD FRAUD
    A person placing an order using a credit card they have not been authorized to use is committing credit card fraud, and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. A customer that disputes a valid charge for delivered merchandise has committed credit card fraud, a felony, and will be subject to prosecution. All instances of fraud, including those made by valid cardholders, are reported to local and federal authorities.
  • CANCELLATIONS
    Any back-ordered product may be cancelled by contacting Customer Service. Products that are in-stock are packed immediately and usually cannot be cancelled. If you require an in-stock product to be cancelled and we are able to stop it before shipment, it is subject to a 20% restocking fee, customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
  • BACKORDERS - PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
    We will notify you as quickly as possible about a back order situation. We will provide product availability information to the best of our ability.

Your current order status will be sent to you via E-mail as it changes.

Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your order. Our goal is to always meet or exceed your expectations. If we fail to do this, we will try our hardest to rectify the situation within our policy. OPEN YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. Any shortage, manufacturing defect or shipping error must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your product. Returns must be authorized within 5 days of receipt and must be accompanied by a valid Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Bilco Safety. Please call or email us to request a return authorization number. Include a list of which product(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return. In order to process your return correctly, we cannot accept returns without an RMA #. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. There is a 20% restocking charge on all returns (unless we shipped you the wrong item). Original shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a shipment with obvious carton damage, please alert the delivery driver and sign for the package damaged. Please call the carrier directly to file a claim as soon as possible. If you discover concealed damage upon opening your package please notify the carrier immediately and file a claim. If you need assistance with a damage claim please contact us for more information. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
