Shipping Policy
Ordering from Bilco Safety couldn't be easier! Shipping & handling charges are calculated by adding UPS published rates. Oversized or extremely heavy packages may have an additional surcharge. Depending on the time of day your order is received it may not be possible for same-day shipping. Keep this in mind when planning your order. If you have questions about when your order will ship please call customer service to verify the order status. While all shipping charges are calculated using UPS rates, Bilco Safety may choose a different freight carrier if it is a better option at the time we ship your order. Different carriers pick up at different times of the day and service different geographic areas better than others. In addition to UPS, small-package shipments may also be sent with FedEx or USPS.
Most orders ship complete from our facility in Pa. In the event that an item is back ordered or items on your order will ship from a different location, it is possible for you to receive more than one package.
We want you to be satisfied with your order. Our goal is to always meet or exceed your expectations. If we fail to do this, we will try our hardest to rectify the situation within our policy. OPEN YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. Any shortage, manufacturing defect or shipping error must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your product. Returns must be authorized within 5 days of receipt and must be accompanied by a valid Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Bilco Safety. Please call or email us to request a return authorization number. Include a list of which product(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return. In order to process your return correctly, we cannot accept returns without an RMA #. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. There is a 20% restocking charge on all returns (unless we shipped you the wrong item). Original shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a shipment with obvious carton damage, please alert the delivery driver and sign for the package damaged. Please call the carrier directly to file a claim as soon as possible. If you discover concealed damage upon opening your package please notify the carrier immediately and file a claim. If you need assistance with a damage claim please contact us for more information.
